ESV. OGUNMADEKO, BABATUNDE (JP).
Born over 50 years ago in Lagos . Attended Muslim Mission Primary School at Mushin (1972- 1977). Proceeded to Ekiti in 1978 for Secondary School. Attended Lagos State Polytcchnic for OND in TRP (1985-1987). Obtained HND in URP at the prestigious The Polytechnic, Ibadan (1989-1991).
Worked with Pius OYEKAN & CO.; OLATOYE OGUNDANA & Co.; RATHMA PROPERTIES LTD. Founded BAADOO PROPERTIES in year 2000 all in Lagos and from there joined The Nigeria Railway Corporation in June 2001
Worked severally as PE&VO — Kafanchan, Enugu, Port Harcourt. In year 2006 was seconded to RAILWAY PROPERTY and became the Zonal Manager (NCZ), Kafanchan in 2008; WZ, Ibadan in 2015 and Estate Manager, Railway Village (Owa-Oyibu) in Delta State in 2019. Was transferred in May 2022 to head the newly created Corporate Services Division as the pioneering Head.
An Associate Member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and member of African Real Estate Society (AFRES), attended Conferences at South Africa, Dubai, Arusha in Tanzania and Abeokuta, Nigeria.
Married and blessed with wonderful children. Babatunde is a Minister of the Gospel of over 20 years on the Mission Field.
