DR. MONSURAT OMOTAYO
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr. Monsurat Omotayo is the Director of Administration and HR at Nigerian Railway Corporation. Previously, she worked in different banks in the Nigerian Banking sector, a multinational firm (British American Tobacco), and as an intern in Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, UK.
Dr. Monsurat Omotayo holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from the University of Manchester UK, a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth UK. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, a Diploma in Employment Law from the Dublin Business School and HR Award in Organisation Design and Development from CIPD. She has also attended different executive programmes and courses with focus on leadership and strategy. This includes the Programme for Leadership Development (PLD) known as the executive MBA from Harvard Business School, the Public Leadership Credential (PLC) at the Harvard Kennedy School and programmes on HR and Strategic Management from Lagos Business School and the London School of Economics. Dr. Omotayo is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigeria.
Dr. Omotayo enjoys working collaboratively with people to make change happen. She is happily married with children.

Akinwunmi Osinowo is the Director Operations & Commercial of Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) with the responsibility of providing leadership, strategic direction and vision for the operations department. Also setting of policies for train operations, customer relations and robust commercial health of the organization
Akin is responsible for delivering customer service to a diverse customer base, ensuring critical performance indicators such as; safety, security, revenue, train schedules, time tables, emergency recovery and timely information are achieved. As part of the NRC management team, Akin contributes to providing the organisation with vision and strategic direction.
Akin was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989 after receiving an LLB from Ogun state university. He later obtained a PGD in Strategic Management and an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, UK. He is a qualified Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS) and is a Project Management expert, a PRINCE 2 Practitioner with experience of managing ‘end to end’ project life cycle for blue chip companies in Nigeria and local authorities in the UK. Mr Osinowo has over 30 years of experience in Transportation, Social housing management and community regeneration.
