Halima Usman was born on 1st November, 1973. She is from Kano State. She attended Federal Government College, Kano. She graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna and the Nigerian Law School, Bwari – Abuja. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003.
She had her Legal Practice in Kano at the Law firms of Nasiru Dangiri SAN & Co. (Of Blessed Memory) & Femi Sunmonu & Associates. She is presently the Company Secretary of Railway Property Management Company Limited, Kaduna.
She is also currently undertaking a Masters programme in Leadership Studies at the Department of History and War Studies (Post Graduate School) Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Kaduna. She is a Member of Nigerian Bar Association and. She is happily married with children.

Usman Haruna hails from Ankpa LGA, Kogi State. He attended Saint Charles’ College Ankpa for his secondary education. Thereafter, he proceeded to School of Basic Studies Makurdi. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies and a Master Degree in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
He was a Lecturer at Federal School of Arts & Science Sokoto, Planning/Research Officer at National Boundary Commission and Deputy Manager at Allied Bank of Nigeria. He joined the Management team of Railway Property Management Company Limited in 2003 and is presently the Director (Finance & Administration) of the Company
