Establishment of the Company
Railway Property Management Company Limited (RPMCL) is a limited liability company wholly- owned by the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC).
The Company was incorporated by the NRC under Section 3 of the NRC Act based on the recommendation of the Hon. Minister of Transport for the establishment of the Company which was approved by Mr. President.
The Company was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act CAP. C.20 Laws of the Federation 2004 on the 3rd of October 1996. Started operation in May 1997.
The Company is governed by the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company, Rules governing Government Enterprises, as well as conditions of service approved by the Board of RPMCL.
